Shoulders 1.31.17

Warm up dumbbells standing press 1 X 20

Arnold Presses: 4 X 12, 10, 8, 6

Dumbbell Front Lateral Raises: 4 X 6

Individual Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises: 4 X 6

Seated Bilateral Dumbbell Raises: 4 X 10, 8, 8, 6

Dumbbell Shrugs: 3 X 12, 10, 10

Rear Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 4 X 10
