ABOUT ME

I am a Certified Fitness Professional based in Orlando, Florida. My leading fitness expertise and life coaching skills have assisted hundreds of clients throughout the years in meeting their personal fitness, nutrition and life specific goals. I specialize in Strength & Conditioning Training, Weight Loss & Dietary Programming, Personalized Goals & Assessments, Individual & Group Training and Functional/Rehabilitation Training.
My experience in the fitness community dates back to 2008, through education endorsed by the University of Central Florida, and through Certifications obtained through ACE (American Council on Exercise), AFAA (Aerobic Fitness Association of America) & ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). My mission is to provide the BEST quality service pertaining to your health & fitness goals.

I began my Health & Wellness lifestyle when I was 18 years old. I was considered overweight (based out of the BMI scale) and on the road to Stage 1 Hypertension. My doctor recommended me to develop an active lifestyle that incorporated daily exercising and proper nutrition which involved elements of the food pyramid.
Determined to begin on the right track, I signed up at a local fitness facility and began a training program with a Personal Trainer at that facility. That relationship resulted in my motivation in helping others like myself in achieving their health and fitness goals. I enrolled at The University of Central Florida, and in 2010, & obtained a bachelor’s in Sports and Exercise Science endorsed by the University.
