Whole Wheat-Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe


Ingredients:

Whole wheat pancake mix (preferred, but if limited regular is fine) 

1/4 cup of old fashioned oats (to add more complex carbohydrates into batter) 

2 beat Eggs (if watching saturated fat intake, you may substitute with egg whites) 

100% honey (to use as topping to substitute pancake syrup) 

**additional ingredients** you may also add fruits such as blueberries, strawberries or bananas into batter
