* 1 cup of desired pancake mix (preferably whole wheat, if available)

* 1 cup almond milk 

* 1 egg

* 1 tbsp olive oil 

* 1 scoop of whey protein or whey protein isolate (20-25g Protein) vanilla or banana flavor preferably
